Job Purpose:

We are actively seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in St. Nazianz. In this role, you will identify, implement, and administer quality functions to ensure product quality and conformance to customer and industry specifications.

• Review processes (internal or supplier) for quality conformance issues, to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate or lead improvement activities.
• Perform analysis of quality data to identify defect causes. Investigate root causes of issues and implement improvement plans.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining internal or external specifications and technical data sheets.
• Assure conformance with division's ISO quality management system. Conduct quality system audits.
• Assist with the product development design process by identifying and communicating specifications. May propose and qualify suppliers.
• Provide engineering assistance to internal teams or external customers.
• Keep abreast of new developments in the fields of engineering, methods, and applications.
• For positions in supplier quality, may negotiate price and contracts for high dollar volume purchasing.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field with 2+ years of engineering experience.

The annual salary for this role is USD $87,300.00 - $97,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
