- Design and maintain non‑standard automation mechanisms, including custom robots for bending, punching, and assembly machines.
- Optimize work schedules and distribute work contracts to external suppliers and contractors.
- Inspect outsourced automation mechanical and software processes and evaluate work pieces for quality, stability, and durability.
- Lead project team in evaluating automation requirements proposed by customers.
- Communicate with other departments to confirm specifications and scheduling for production automation projects.
- Use 3D drawing software for mechanical designs and electronic control systems.
- Responsible for purchasing and importing automation equipment to replace manual work and find relevant suppliers.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automation engineering.
