Ring & DuChateau is offering a paid summer internship for a college or graduate student pursuing mechanical engineering. The internship will run for approximately 12 weeks in summer 2027, with flexibility to accommodate your academic schedule.

Ring & DuChateau is home to a team of 95+ engineers, designers, technicians, and support staff who are dedicated to engineering design and service excellence. We specialize in mechanical and electrical systems design, supported by planning, studies, and commissioning services. With extensive experience in healthcare, education, and other complex markets, we deliver innovative solutions tailored to each project.

What truly sets R&D apart is our people-first culture. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, and we’re passionate about helping our team members grow. As an intern, you won’t be stuck on the sidelines — you’ll gain hands‑on experience, explore your professional interests, and be supported by mentors who want to see you succeed. Beyond project work, you’ll also experience the fun side of our culture: a casual office setting, office get‑togethers and shared celebrations, along with the day‑to‑day energy of working alongside people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

As an intern, you will:

  • Collaborate with the HVAC team to design mechanical designs that combine aesthetics goals and functional performance.

  • Use engineering and design software to complete project assignments.
