** Senior Manufacturing Engineer

* Job Summary:

** Manage process development of assigned programs through use of applicable Manufacturing Engineering principles and practices for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement.
Identify opportunities or longstanding issues in existing processes, equipment, systems, and procedures and develop viable solutions.  Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.  Lead cross-functional teams to address opportunities or issues and implement robust solutions.  Utilize projects as development opportunities for self and other team members when possible.
