Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE! We provide:

They pay range for this job is $15.00 to $25.00 an hour (or more), dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

• Earn paid time off (PTO) up to 10 days per year (or more based on years of service)
• Up to 5 days in the 1st year
• Annual service anniversary bonus (varies, depending on years of service)
• Annual holiday bonus (varies, depending on business performance)

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.

• If you're a team lead (driving our vehicle):
  Manage the team's schedule and drive safely.
• The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team. Maintain equipment.
• The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Have transportation, or able to make it to our office location
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 4pm
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
