Managing Director - Texas | Executive Search Professional, Accounting and FinanceSteven Douglas has been engaged exclusively on a newly created Regional Controller search in Texas.
* This role is remote, but you are required to live within the State of Texas.
The position is a senior level finance professional within the organization and provides a critical leadership role. This individual is the “business partner” to their technical counterparts (Regional GM, District GM) and together, will take full ownership of P&L, balance sheet and cash generation for each individual/region district.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a highly analytical field required with 5-10 years of relevant business experience
- Extremely high proficiency in building financial and decision support models
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex financial analysis to executive leaders clearly and concisely
- Experience in service or project industry is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
- Percentage of completion accounting experience strongly desired
