What does a Fund Analyst do? As a Fund Analyst, I collaborate closely with our fund managers to oversee the daily operations of our Norwegian real estate funds. My responsibilities range from conducting internal valuations and coordinating external appraisals to preparing quarterly reports, performing financial analyses, and evaluating potential property acquisitions and sales. I also play an active role in maintaining strong relationships with our investors.
It’s a dynamic and multifaceted position that offers both analytical depth and strategic involvement.
What’s your favourite thing about your job? What I enjoy most about my job is the analytical work, whether it’s valuing existing and potential real estate assets, assessing future opportunities, or conducting analyses that help us understand what drives our funds’ performance. I also appreciate the variety; not two days are the same, and the ad‑hoc tasks that arise keep the work dynamic and engaging.
