Commercial/Ag Loan Production Associate – Lake Ridge Bank

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Commercial/Ag Loan Production Associate. This position will work with both clients and our Commercial and Ag Lending teams throughout the entire loan process to collect all necessary documentation, input accurate information, and review appropriately to ensure timely loan closings that meet client expectations and comply with loan policy and regulatory requirements.

• Manage lender’s loan renewals and new loan requests, complete due diligence, and prepare for underwriting and approval.
• Re‑verify that credit requests contain up‑to‑date information, determine required loan documents, and verify owners, authorized signers, addresses, collateral descriptions, and insurance.
• Work with lenders to collect any outstanding loan approval contingencies.
• Accurately input codes (product code, class code, purpose code, part 365 code, aggregate debt, new money, collateral codes, LTV, appraised value).
• Review final appraisals or real‑estate valuations and validate notices to clients when applicable.
• Adjust documentation for updated values, coordinate and schedule closings, and collaborate with third‑party entities such as insurance agents, title companies, and financiers to obtain payoffs.
• Prepare commercial and Ag loan closing documents utilizing Laser Pro and any ancillary systems required to retrieve documents.
• Validate all compliance requirements (CIP, CRA, HMDA, etc.) are met and accurate.
