Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:

• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support branch and bank leadership
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate regulatory and insurance-related reporting requirements
• Support external audits and regulatory reporting processes
• Compile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting

Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:

• 3+ years of banking, finance, accounting, budgeting, or forecasting experience
• Banking industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or regulatory reporting
• Associate's degree or higher; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
