Immediate Responsibilities

• Client Consultations:
  Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Advanced Skincare Treatments:
  Perform treatments including facials, hydration facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lash/brow lift & tint, and other skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Aftercare
  
  Education:
  
  Ensure clients are educated on at‑home post‑care to maintain results.
• Provider Assistant:
  Assist with procedures like wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers.
• Sales Performance:
  Actively promote aesthetic treatments and retail skincare products; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly treatment and skincare sales goals.
• Clinic Growth & Development:
  Support clinic success through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects when not serving clients; take ownership of growth opportunities.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in skincare and non‑surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
• Client education skills regarding skincare practices and post‑treatment care.
• Collaboration with team members to ensure integrated client care.
• Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service and relationship building.
• Excellent time‑management skills with ability to prioritize among multiple requests.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards.
• Accurate record keeping and documentation.
