We are seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to join our team, providing high-quality care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. You will be responsible for the successful operation of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standards of rehabilitation services are delivered efficiently, with optimal patient outcomes.

• Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including staff and contract labor.
• Communicate effectively with management, including other Directors and Regional Managers.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based care standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical management, case management, quality improvement, and care planning.
• Hire, orient, develop, and support staff and contract labor.
• Provide excellent customer service to the location team, patients, and families. Develop reports and implement programs suitable for the patient population.
