Wellness Dietitian

Location: New Glarus, WI 53574

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in New Glarus, WI. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance, develop personalized meal plans, and support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.

• Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide counseling and education on diet, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into patient care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nutrition interventions.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in dietetics and nutrition.
• Participate in community outreach and nutrition education programs as appropriate.

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as a dietitian in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and clinical dietetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition analysis software is a plus.

This position is based in New Glarus, WI, and involves working in a clinical or community health setting. The role may require occasional travel for community outreach or professional development.
