Hours & Shift: Part-time (.75 FTE) evening/night shift position, 12 hour scheduled shifts with shift times of 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., every 5th weekend currently and a holiday rotation

• Assess the spiritual, emotional and physiological needs of antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery patients; plan nursing care to meet these needs.
• Ensure the plan of care is carried out through performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel.
• Maintain interest in professional growth through continuing education, in‑services, participation in professional organizations, and involvement in health promotional activities.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed and hold a current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin or be in the process of becoming licensed.
• Prior acute care nursing experience and prior experience in labor & delivery, postpartum care is highly preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• NRP/BLS & ACLS certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to cross‑train to other nursing departments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications.
• Prior EPIC knowledge is beneficial.

This position is eligible for up to a $5,000.00 employment bonus, prorated based on FTE. Bonus payments are made at set times during the first 3 years of employment in 6 equal installments: after 6 months; 1 year; 18 months; 2 years; 30 months; and a final payment at the 3‑year anniversary.

Bonus amounts:

• 1.0 FTE: $5,000
• 0.9 FTE: $4,500
• 0.8 FTE: $4,000
• 0.7 FTE: $3,500
• 0.6 FTE: $3,000
• 0.5 FTE: $2,500
