Role: Caregiver / Med Tech.

• Provide personal cares including assistance with ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, amachning and dining assistance.
• Assist with meal preparation, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe physical environment.
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to management.
• Answer call lights promptly and properly.
• Adhere to resident
  
  VOL care plans and perform delegated tasks as instructed by the RN, Residence Director and RCC.
• Assist with housekeeping duties (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, cleaning, etc.).
• Assist with resident activities as directed.
• Document observations and activity participation accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality for shifts.
• Collaborate as a team player.
• Perform any other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Attend all mandatory staff meetings and in‑service trainings.

• High school diploma or GED, with ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Successful criminal background and reference check.
• Skills in rendering care and service to seniors with or without dementia.
• Display mature behavior in speech and action.
• Negative communicable disease screen, including TB.
• Maintain acceptable attendance record and follow work schedule.
• Negative עצמי drug screen (if performed).
