Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy; HBOT) Technician

Solstice Health is a leading non-insurance-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Direct Surgical Care (DSC) company in Wisconsin. We are seeking an HBOT Technician to support the safe and effective delivery of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). This position prepares patients for treatment, operates and monitors the hyperbaric chamber, maintains a safe treatment environment, and provides a positive patient experience.

• Prepare patients for HBOT and explain treatment procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate and monitor the hyperbaric chamber according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients during treatment and promptly report any concerns to clinical staff.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment safety checks.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Clean and maintain the chamber and treatment area.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and infection-control procedures.
• Provide compassionate, professional patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations.

• Healthcare or patient-care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow established protocols and remain calm in emergency situations.
