Experienced Caregiver

We are currently in need of a caregiver, CNA, PCT, or Direct Support Professional to service a client in The Woodlands, TX area.

As a Caregiver or personal assistant specializing in fall preventions, transfer-needs, bathing, meal preparation, and other client-related duties, you will be responsible for supporting client in their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your role will involve creating a supportive and engaging environment, tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to clients.

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Monitor and manage medication schedules as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

• Implement and adapt care plans to accommodate changes in the client's condition.

• Engage clients in activities and exercises designed to stimulate cognitive function and promote well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

• Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for clients.

• Proven experience in caregiving with a focus on fall-prevention.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.

• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving clients' quality of life.

• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Our clients need to be provided transportation to outings, doctor's appointments, etc.
