DescriptionPrairie Ridge Health is looking for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Sun Prairie Clinic. This position is a 0.8-1.0 FTE primarily working Monday - Friday, days. No weekends or holidays required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
- State of Wisconsin RN license
- Master of Science degree or equivalent
- National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
- State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- 3 yearsof relevant clinical experience as an NP strongly preferred.
- State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License required.
- National Certification (NCCPA) required.
- ACLS certification preferred
- 3 yearsof relevant clinical experience as an PA strongly preferred.
FTE:0.8-1.0
Preferred3 years of relevant clinical experience as a PA or NP strongly preferred.
