Restorative Aide

Infinite us Home Healthcare P.C., dba Cura Care Connect Staffing, is seeking a dedicated and attentive Restorative Aide to support clients in maintaining and improving functional mobility, strength, and independence in accordance with Texas home-health standards.

POSITION: Restorative Aide

Reports To: Clinical Manager / RN Supervisor

SERVICE AREAS: DFW

Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties.

The Restorative Aide provides non-medical restorative care designed to help clients maintain or regain functional abilities. In this role, you will assist with mobility exercises, range-of-motion activities, ambulation, and strengthening routines as directed by the clinical team. You will support safety, encourage independence, and help clients achieve their highest level of functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with restorative exercises and mobility routines as directed.

• Support safe ambulation, transfers, and positioning.

• Perform range-of-motion activities according to care plans.

• Encourage independence and reinforce restorative goals.

• Monitor client progress and report changes to the Clinical Manager.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of client care areas.

• Document restorative activities accurately and in compliance with agency protocols.

• Follow all restorative care guidelines and safety procedures. Maintain full compliance with state and federal home-health regulations.

• Experience as a Restorative Aide, CNA, PCA, or caregiver preferred.

• Knowledge of restorative care techniques and mobility support.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely.

• Strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging demeanor.

• Understanding of personal care standards, restorative routines, and documentation requirements.
