Prairie Ridge Health is seeking an Outpatient Diabetes Educator to join the Nutrition and Diabetes Department on a 0.5 FTE basis (20 hours per week). The role focuses on providing MNT and DSME/T, performing nutrition and diabetes screening, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support adult and geriatric patients in a outpatient setting.
The candidate should hold RN with BSN or RD, Wisconsin RD/CD certification or eligibility, and CPR within 90 days.
