JOB TITLE
Respiratory Therapist (RT)
SCHEDULEPRN
DEPARTMENTCardio/Pulmonary Rehabilitation
POSITION DESCRIPTIONPerform a full range of RT duties in accordance with assignment under the task order, including participant assessment and monitoring; use of participant monitoring and treatment equipment; appropriate procedures and treatments; execution of physicians’ orders; documentation of participant care, observations; and provide education and emotional support; and set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy while under general supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS- Graduate of an approved JTCRTE, A.A.A. Program. Associate or higher degree preferred.
- Current certificate from Texas Department of Health/Respiratory Therapy Practitioner, NBRC.
- Current BLS and ACLS required.
Minimum of two years relevant experience
