Interim Health Care of Western Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Hudson, WI area team. This full-time role offers 1:1 patient care in patients’ homes, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, no nights or weekends, and mileage reimbursement for travel between visits.
You will support seniors and patients with daily activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with Hospice nurses to follow care plans.
