Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, OT, SLP, or COTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Wisconsin. You will be responsible for all aspects of therapy operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and regulatory requirements under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations.
Lead a multidisciplinary therapy team, oversee clinical standards, drive PDPM and MDS management, and ensure accurate documentation and compliant billing.
