Location: Town of Somerset
Community Horizons in Somerset, WI is seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver for weekend, in-home support. The role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with pay at $25.00 per hour. Training is available to learn the member’s routines and preferences for safe, person-centered care.
Ideal candidates bring prior caregiving experience, comfort with a Hoyer lift, and a professional, respectful demeanor to support the SDS member in maintaining independence at home.
