As a DSP, you will support individuals in their daily lives and help them achieve their personal goals.

• Provide person-centered care based on each individual’s ISP (Individual Service Plan)
• Assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meal prep, etc.)
• Support community integration (appointments, outings, social activities)
• Help build life skills and independence
• Provide transportation when needed
• Monitor health and safety and report any concerns
• Implement behavior support strategies when applicable
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check (BCI/FBI as required)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Willingness to assist with personal care
• Ability to work in home and community settings
