American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Wisconsin. The role requires 2+ years of PT experience and a current BLS certification. The PT will work in a home health, post-acute setting with day shifts totaling 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will chart in EPIC EMR and participate in an 8-hour orientation. A 13-week assignment includes a cancellation policy allowing 36 hours of call-off. Housing and travel reimbursements may be provided.
