Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP, based at the Hayward clinic. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation under guidance, and participate in quality improvement activities.
You will work with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, perform dialysis care, document in medical records, and support education for patients and families.
