We’re looking for someone creative, compassionate, energetic, and who enjoys working with older adults in a supportive community environment.

• Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience

• Schedule: Part-Time:
  
  Weekday hours ranging from 9:00AM to 7:00PM

• Meaningful Work: Make a positive impact by helping residents stay socially connected and engaged

• Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a team that values collaboration, respect, and resident-centered care

• Plan, coordinate,and organize individual and group recreation programs to meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents.

• Coordinate monthly special events in our community, organize outings in the local community, and encourage resident participation.

• Ensure that state, federal, and other regulations are met, as well as safety codes, while performing duties.

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• HS Diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of memory care/activities coordination required

• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and enthusiasm for working with seniors

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
