• Shift: NOC: 10:00pm - 6:00am and PM 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 5:00pm - 9:00pm

As a Resident Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily needs of our residents and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and n our team and make a difference-one helping hand, one connection, and one resident at a time!

• Support the daily needs of our residents
• Provide personal cares with compassion and respect
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with applicable regulations
• Encourage and support resident participation in recreation and facility activities
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and help create a welcoming, supportive environment

• No previous healthcare experience? No problem! Our paid training program will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Dove Healthcare consists of eleven skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and six assisted living residences in Barron, Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Osseo, and Rice Lake.
