Aptiv is looking for a Day Service Associate to join our team!
As a Day Service Associate, you will build meaningful relationships, help individuals with disabilities develop important life skills, participate in fun and creative activities, and support people as they work toward their personal goals. This position earns a competitive hourly rate of $15.85/hr

As a Day Service Associate, you will be part of a team that helps individuals with disabilities build skills, discover new interests, gain confidence, and work toward living full, active, and independent lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a difference- and no two days are the same!
You will work alongside a group of individuals as you help plan and lead engaging, hands-on activities such as:
- Art and Creative Projects
- Exercise and Wellness
- Daily Living and Independence Skills
- Music
- Science and Exploration
- Community inclusion and outings
- And so much more!
You will also provide support with personal care and daily routines, while helping individuals build self-advocacy skills, confidence, and independence. Bring your creativity, energy, and ideas to help individuals try new things, learn new skills, reach their goals, celebrate their accomplishments, and become the best version of themselves!

Qualifications:Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Access to reliable non-public transportation with required insurance coverage
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Ability to operate computer equipment; knowledge of various software packages including Office Windows applications 2007 and above
Day Service Associates typically work 10-29 hours per week, depending on employment status and program needs.
Our typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with some flexibility in start and end times. We are looking for reliable, flexible team members who are available to work full shifts and want to make a difference.
Days and hours may occasionally vary based on program and transportation needs, so we appreciate team members who are willing to be flexible while enjoying a rewarding, consistent daytime work environment.
