Memory Enhancement Coordinator (T.I.M.E. Program)

, we're looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents and individuals living with early memory loss. If you love bringing people together and making a real difference, we'd love to meet you.

Tues­day to Friday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program

Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday

Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations

Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being

Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day

Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred)

Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated

Strong communication and basic computer skills

A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive

Employee DREAMS Recognition Program

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in working with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia
• Activity involvement in previous position
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide recreational therapy services
