• Providing personalized care and assistance to residents.
• Assisting with transportation arrangements and making appointments.
• Engaging residents in health promotional activities such as exercise groups and walking clubs.
• Administering prescribed medications and managing medication schedules.
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare personnel.
• Implementing memory care and dementia‑related behavioral interventions.
• Participating in functional maintenance programs as developed by therapists.
• Assisting with ambulation and mobility programs.
• Monitoring and addressing personal needs, such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Availability to work night shifts and weekends.

• 24‑hour, awake staff on duty.

• Basic and moderately advanced health services included in one (not all) of assessed levels (see fee schedule) may include:
  • Monthly weights and vital signs
  • Limited, prescribed therapeutic diets (pureed, mechanical soft, thickened liquids)
  • Glucose monitoring, insulin administration
  • Medication management
  • Communication with physicians and other designated healthcare personnel
  • Memory care and dementia‑related behavioral interventions
  • Functional maintenance programs as developed by therapists
  • Ambulation and mobility programs
  • Monitoring of identified personal needs of bathing, dressing, hygiene
