• Developing and managing sponsor ships that enhance both brand visibility and revenue.
• Building partnerships with beverage, lifestyle, and strategic brands that align with Coury’s values.
• Creating immersive activations and events that elevate our hotels as local gathering places.
• Collaborating with marketing, F&B, and operations teams to bring big ideas to life.
• Tracking budgets, sponsorship deliverables, and ROI with accuracy and organization.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in sponsor ships, partnerships, or brand activations—ideally in hospitality or lifestyle industries.
• You’re a creative strategist who understands how to connect experiences to brand value.
• You’re highly organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You communicate clearly, think entrepreneurially, and deliver measurable results.
• You’re ready to travel, build relationships, and ensure every activation feels uniquely Coury.
