Laundry attendants play a key role in maintaining the AAA Four‑Diamond standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at The Osthoff Resort. The position involves washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens with attention to detail. Attendants cross‑train with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations and support the guest experience.

• Wash, dry, iron, and fold linens for Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa departments.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, inspect, and pre‑treat linens and towels.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Operate industrial iron alongside a coworker.
• Hand‑fold towels.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the Laundry Department.
• Cross‑train in deep cleaning of rooms.
• Cross‑train in night running (delivering guest housekeeping requests).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Laundry Manager, Housekeeping Management, or Executive Team.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comfortable operating industrial‑sized laundry machinery.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to work in a warm, sometimes loud environment.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Willingness to go above and beyond expected duties to create meaningful guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Great time‑management skills and the ability to think on the spot.
