Our spa, located at The American Club Resort, offers more than 50 innovative services that harness the healing properties of mineral‑rich waters. As one of only 64 five‑star spas worldwide, we provide an elite environment where guests can renew and recharge.

Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Kohler, WI
Position type: Part‑time (year‑round, weekdays & weekends)
Shift range: 7:00 am–9:00 pm (varies)

• Consistently provide service and maintain cleanliness standards at a Forbes 5‑Star level.
• Use the Property Management System to accurately process transactions, complete orders, and book or edit spa treatments.
• Ensure accurate reservations and maintain knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities, food & beverage, and overall resort options.
• Support all spa retail activities outside retail‑team hours and process retail transactions with special attention to attaching therapist names for commission purposes.
• Receive guest feedback/complaints and resolve issues with supervision.
• Enforce spa policies (service requirements, age restrictions, guest behavior) to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and guest amenity standards.
• Replenish guest amenity items (coffee, hot water, creamer, infused water) for public spaces and the finishing spa.
• Clean public restrooms, including toilet, sink, mirror, and replenish supplies.
• Support spa food & beverage operations, ensuring proper licensing and liquor safe‑handling requirements are upheld. Prepare and serve food & beverage items outside café hours.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior customer service experience within a spa environment preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a liquor service license upon hire.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Hourly rate: $12.10–$15.10 (depending on experience, education, and location).
