The Facility Attendant is responsible for ensuring all facilities and equipment are being properly used, cleanliness standards are performed and maintained and assisting staff and guests by being a positive point of contact within the venue.

• Maintain a neat and clean facility via frequent checks of locker rooms, restrooms, public areas, workout spaces, outdoor areas, etc. as applicable to assigned location.
• Fold and restock linen as needed and spot clean areas as needed.
• Answer questions, give tours and serve as a friendly, hospitable facility host as applicable to assigned location.
• Ensure members and guests are following posted rules and general rules regarding safe and acceptable conduct. This includes maintaining a continuous knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, handling accidents, age restrictions, complaints, etc.
• Assist other staff members with special events or other duties as requested.
• Assist in monitoring tennis court usage in accordance with front desk reservations.
• Check pool chemicals as scheduled and assist in the maintenance of the pools, sauna and whirlpools.
• Return facility equipment to proper storage, reset for future usage, sanitize as needed.
• Assist staff with laundry, boat rentals, ball machine rentals, etc.

This is a part-time position working weekdays and weekends, shifts vary between 5:00am-10:00pm.

• Must be able to perform physical requirements. Must be detail oriented, organized, dependable and self‑motivated.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, repetitive motion, reaching, working indoor and outdoor at some locations, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

The hourly range for this position is $13.75 - $15.25. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and work location.
