• Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
• Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check‑in for sandals, robes and lockers
• Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick‑up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms
• Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
• Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
• Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
• Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
• Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests

This is a part‑time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:00 am – 9:30 pm.

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Prior computer experience helpful
• Customer service related experience required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $10.40 – $15.60 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
