About the Role Responsibilities- Responsibility for your assigned kitchen section
- Monitors inventory and expiration dates of raw goods
- Preparation and execution of dishes according to set standards
- Ensure high quality, taste, and presentation at all times
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal dishes
- Maintain good hygiene and follow HACCP routines
- Ensures work area remains clean
- Train and support commis chefs, breakfast chef and apprentices when needed
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Professional culinary training is an advantage
- Passion for quality ingredients and classic techniques
- Knowledge of multiple cooking methods, equipment and service formats
- Ability to stay calm, clean and quick during busy service
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- English language skills
