• Supervise and coordinate all banquet event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of banquet spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
• Manage staffing schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance during events
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Proven experience in banquet or event management, hospitality, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a hospitality setting
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus
