Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Annually

SUMMARY:

Always provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Regularly perform the full range and scope of laundry services that include, but are not limited to sorting, washing, drying, and folding all linens of the lodge and keeping inventory of all linens. At all times, maintaining a clean work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Always provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
• Ensure all necessary supplies are maintained at the proper levels.
• Maintain assigned storage areas and all pertinent equipment.
• Wash all linens, as they become available.
• Clean guest rooms as needed.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries about needed items.
• All other duties as assigned.

UNIFORM:

• Sokaogon Gaming Commission (SGC) issued Gaming License/.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have two forms of , one of which must be a photo .
• Successfully complete a 60-day probationary period.
• Take and pass Title 31 compliance test within 30 days of hire.
• Physically able to perform all aspects of the position.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and housekeeping
• Ability to understand safe chemical handling.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to interact well with department co-workers and guests.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation and be approved for a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test per Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Drug and Alcohol Policy.
