• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• Process payroll accurately and on time, including timecard review and payroll reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare employment regulations
• Maintain personnel files and HR records accurately and confidentially
• Coordinate employee benefits, leaves of absence, and related documentation
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on HR‑related matters
• Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace engagement
• Partner with leadership to foster a respectful, team‑oriented workplace culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR experience (healthcare or long‑term care preferred)
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
