Senior Benefits & HR Specialist
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 dependent on experience + comprehensive benefits package

- Lead administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave management, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, benefits regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and total rewards programs.
- Manage benefits open enrollment processes, vendor relationships, and annual benefits communications.
- Analyze HR and benefits data to identify trends and recommend program improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant responsibility in benefits administration and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations including FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and Wisconsin employment laws.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
