- Conduct full-cyclerecruitmentactivities,including sourcing,screening,interviewing,andplacingcandidatesforvariousclientprojects.
- Collaboratewithclientstounderstandtheirhiringneedsanddeveloptailoredrecruitmentstrategies.
- Utilizeavarietyofsourcingtechniquestoidentifyqualifiedcandidates,includingonlinejobboards,socialmediaplatforms,networking events,and referrals.
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcandidates,clients,andotherstakeholderstoensureaseamlessrecruitmentprocess.
- Provideregularupdatesandreportsonrecruitmentprogresstoclientsandinternalteammembers.
