Bilingual HR Generalist

A growing, family-owned organization in the Milwaukee area is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist / Payroll professional to join their team. This role offers a strong blend of full-cycle payroll ownership, HR generalist responsibilities, and meaningful employee-facing work in a collaborative environment.

• Pay: $30–$34/hour | $70,000–$75,000 (Discretionary bonus potential)

  Ideally 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hybrid)
• Location:
  
  Milwaukee area (relocating to NW Milwaukee / Menomonee Falls in early fall)

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including taxes, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and ACA reporting
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance (with company contribution), 401(k), HSA/FSA, and life insurance
• Handle employee relations, HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and personnel record maintenance
• Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and hiring documentation
• Serve as a trusted bilingual (Spanish/English) HR resource for employees and leadership

• Hands-on payroll ownership experience
• HR Generalist experience, including employee relations, compliance, and recruiting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
