A Talent Acquisition Specialist position is available  a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key part in building our team of skilled water & wastewater treatment professionals. You will source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for a variety of exciting positions across the industry.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels, including online job boards, industry organizations, and professional networks
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and job market conditions for water & wastewater treatment positions

Foundational

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or general administrative support

Sourcing Interest & Aptitude:
Eagerness or baseline experience in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using job boards, Linked In, and databases

Understanding of Hiring Fundamentals:

Basic knowledge of recruitment life cycle processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices

Interpersonal

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills

Organization & Time Management:

Ability to stay organized, work independently with guidance, and handle multiple coordination tasks simultaneously

Tech-Savviness:

Familiarity or quick adaptability with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and modern collaboration tools
