The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven, strategic seller who understands how to build relationships, solve complex business problems, and close high-value recurring service deals.

As a Senior AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to solution design, negotiation, and handoff to onboarding. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, supported by a marketing engine, inside sales resources, and technical experts.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire sales process for new Managed Services clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Partner with marketing to convert warm leads into active opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and identify IT, security, and compliance pain points.
  • Present tailored IT GOAT service solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new recurring revenue agreements.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams for seamless client onboarding.
  • Consistently exceed quota and contribute to team growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience — MSP, SaaS, or IT services preferred.
  • Proven record of quota attainment ($1M+ annual targets).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
  • Hunter mentality — motivated by success, not comfort.
