Our AI team, based in Belgium, supports clients across various business sectors, with a focus on Financial Services—including banking, capital markets, insurance, wealth and asset management—helping them embrace AI at scale and achieve tangible results while transforming their approach to the future.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team.

As Senior AI Engineer, you will be part of the AI and Data team. You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment leveraging AI capabilities to provide real business impact for our clients.

• Play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of innovative AI solutions for our clients, from ideation, feasibility assessment, to data preparation, solution development and industrialization in production environment.
• With a strong focus on MLOps you will deliver robust and production-ready solutions.
• You will keep up with the state-of-the-art AI capabilities, open-source and proprietary, undertake proof-of-concepts, and design innovative AI solutions.
• You will also support transformation processes towards an AI centric culture and work closely together with colleagues from other business departments, in domains such as risk management, business optimization and customer intelligence.
• You will also build and share knowledge with your colleagues and coach junior profiles.
• Add real-world impact to your expertise, as you are encouraged to write ‘black’ papers and present at meetings and conferences should you wish.

• You are methodical yet creative problem solver, proactive in learning, seeking improvements and work cooperatively with your team. You value iterative progress, embracing experimentation with new methods, learning from outcomes, and rapidly advancing.
• Master's or PhD level in a discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences or Civil Engineering.
• You have 2-5 years of solid experience in Applied AI, including the latest advances in Generative AI.
• Strong programming experience in Python is essential.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and a business proficiency in English.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployment of resources, building, management, and optimization of AI solutions on the Azure platform.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions for automated builds and deployments.
• Very Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to business people.
• Experience in applying AI to business real world problems.
• You love to take full ownership of your projects and help clients in overcoming their challenges.
• You are not afraid to support of business development and pre‑sales activities.

• Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure OpenAI Service for pre-built AI capabilities.
• Understanding of Azure security features and best practices.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with AI.
• You have experience with agile software development and project management.
• You have a business understanding of the Financial Sector (Banking, Insurance or Capital markets).
