We are now looking for a Director of Product Strategy to join our leadership team in Belgium.
Reporting to the VP level, this high-impact role will define and drive our product portfolio strategy, lead a team of product managers,
and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers and markets.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead short-, medium- and long-term product strategies in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders
- Bring the Voice of the Customer into portfolio and product development planning
- Design product roadmaps, commercialization plans, and manage portfolio profitability
- Lead market research and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decisions
- Develop strong, customer-centric value propositions and train internal stakeholders
- Interact with market experts, strategic partners, and key opinion leaders
- Drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives and business outcomes
- Participate in executive-level reviews on projects, strategy, and intellectual property
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree in a technical, product management, or business field
- 10+ years of industry experience with proven leadership in product management or strategy
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Customer-focused, with the ability to translate needs into product specifications
- Willingness to travel globally
- Experience with toll gate processes and portfolio management is a plus
