Join the CANPACK Group as an IT Business Solutions Lead to transform business processes through SAP and other technology solutions.

The role focuses on partnering with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, develop technical solutions on SAP S/4 HANA and other platforms, and drive business value realization and process excellence in Warehouse Management.

• Design cross‑functional business processes in collaboration with stakeholders and key users.
• Implement innovative digital solutions to improve efficiency and automation.
• Document business, functional requirements, process designs, test plans, and training materials in tools such as Signavio.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, developing savings opportunities and efficiencies.
• Align processes across teams and propose transformations based on third‑party capabilities and benchmarks.
• Analyze localization requirements and sponsor relevant change requests.
• Ensure implemented solutions follow design and industry best practices.
• Contribute to change management, including impact analysis, training strategies, and adoption support.
• Maintain governance and adherence to Agile and hybrid methodologies.

• BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
• 10–15 years of SAP ERP functional experience, including SAP WM, eWM, Materials Management, Logistics Execution, Quality Management, and project lifecycle management; experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of business principles, concepts, and terminology in manufacturing, finance, logistics, industrial operations, and supply chain processes.
• Process‑driven analytical and critical thinking skills with data‑analytics proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, or other business warehouse software.
• Experience with business process re‑engineering and Lean or Six Sigma methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
