Milestone Technologies is looking for an IT Software Delivery Manager who will coordinate, plan, track, and manage projects involving enterprise‑scale platforms and complex integrations. The role leads technical, enterprise‑level initiatives by providing direction, executing project work‑streams, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. The delivery manager applies a mix of waterfall and agile practices to keep a delivery cadence focused on value, while supporting stakeholders with financial tracking, reporting, and relationship management.
Responsibilities- Drive large‑scale projects and collaborate with employees, leadership, clients, and stakeholders
- Create and maintain project management artifacts (plans, WBS, budgets, forecasts, resource tracking, schedules, change requests) and ensure requirements are defined and met
- Allocate resources and provide support to address impediments
- Work with Product Owners to plan release schedules from the technology perspective, coordinating delivery against release timelines
- Develop high‑level preliminary release and project delivery plans for product features
- Manage delivery team metrics to evaluate progress against milestones
- Aggregate individual product team status into portfolio‑level risks, assumptions, and interdependencies
- Report overall delivery status to program leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and engagement across portfolios and products
- Establish and organize application development plans aligned with goals and strategies
- Apply standard techniques and tools to conduct analysis and performance monitoring for specified products
- Support problem resolution and act on feedback for in‑life product usage
- Provide input to the requirements baseline
- Investigate, manage, and apply authorized change requests in line with change management policy
- Set clear expectations for self and others, taking appropriate actions to meet obligations
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Program/Project Manager delivering complex large‑scale projects
- Proven track record for successful delivery and cross‑functional collaboration with business and IT
- Strong process knowledge of SDLC and experience leading teams using Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to create and manage detailed project plans showing critical paths, dependencies, constraints, and resource assignments
- Understanding of Resource Management and its value; may practice associated behaviors
- Experience with financial control systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, IBM iSeries, and material management systems
- Working knowledge of Service Now Project Portfolio Management module
- Proficiency with Google collaboration applications (email, spreadsheet, document, presentation)
- Experience with Smartsheet for project scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, MIS, Engineering) or equivalent experience
Estimated Pay Range: $145,000 – $165,000
