Job Description- You will manage a portfolio of 25‑30 clients, typically Chief Data Officers, from Fortune 100 organizations.
- As their Executive Partner, you will deliver value through regular briefings, workshops, round tables, webinars, and by attending relevant Gartner events.
- Leveraging your practitioner experience, you will coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives and obstacles within the Data & Analytics space.
- You will collaborate closely with internal Gartner teams—sales, analysts, client support, and peers across domains—to ensure value is delivered.
- This role is client‑facing and requires a high level of executive presence and the ability to build trust and deliver value.
- You will be responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration activities.
- This is a predominantly work‑from‑home role, though there will be some client and internal travel involved.
- 15+ years of executive experience in a Data & Analytics leadership role (e.g., Chief Data Officer, Chief Analytics Officer, VP/Director of Business Intelligence or Analytics) within a Fortune 500 company.
- Modern technical and subject‑matter expertise:
- CDO Focus
:
Advising on enterprise‑wide data strategy, governance, control, policy development, and data optimization. - Information Management Focus
:
Leadership perspective in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Master Data Management across key industry verticals. - Data Science Focus
:
Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models, NLP, Machine Learning, Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, IoT, and AI/BOTS. - Experience in one or more of the following application disciplines is desired:
Agile/Bimodal IT, Dev Ops, Lean Development, Mobile App Development, Cloud App Deployment, Integration Strategy & API Management, App Maintenance Methods & Outsourcing, App Portfolio Management. - Minimum bachelor’s degree required.

East Coast or Central U.S. - Preferred industry:
Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing.
This role is remote; candidates may be expected to travel occasionally for client and internal engagements.

Compensation& Benefits
Base salary range: $165,000 – $192,000. Additional compensation includes an annual bonus plan and a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. We offer market‑leading benefits: generous PTO, 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, company‑stock purchase at a discount, and more.
